Today, in a video which is leaked on Twitter, is showing a bunch of recent design changes that are the coming soon to Microsoft’s Office suite of apps and Office Web, which feature Fluent Design components in the ribbon UI and more.
In this two minute video, the brief introduction of change in the design experiences in the Office Web Portal, such as- Word Online, now that features subtle animations when switching between tabs in the ribbon, as well as a more cleaner UI which structure and experience more better than an actual app.
Also, the home or office computer system apps are getting these design updates as same as that, with Word desktop supporting the same animations and clean user interfaces got into the Office Online apps. It doesn’t get the apps feature any Acrylic blur effects, but in another side, there is the use of shadow and animation, both are the part of Microsoft’s Fluent Design system.
Microsoft is not making any official announcement about upcoming user experience changes to Office, but when they provide any information, and then you can be sure we will immediately keep you updated on the news. Insiders didn’t get any link about these updates, but it shouldn’t be too long before Microsoft begins testing the new Office user interfaces publicly.

That video also demonstrated the capability to about turn on “Coming Soon” features, which are features in the works that customers will get as soon as possible. This new visual Office design is one of the first improvement to be part of the latest up Coming Soon option.
